After downloading Netqin mobile security you have to just open Netqin, there you will find one icon which is Network manager. Click on Network Manager

 

 

Now you have to just go to Network Firewall, in which you have to just find Whatsapp Application and just click next on it, which will close the Whatsapp from accessing Internet.
